Cosplay Tutorial has had a few updates over the past couple months so let us take a look at what is new!

» On Tuesday October 25th 2011, Cosplay Tutorial joined Tumblr and started posting. This allows cosplayers who use tumblr to keep up with the cosplay tutorials we post daily! It also lets Cosplay Tutorial follow other cosplay related tumblrs and reblog tips and interesting posts!

» The cosplay sites section features Cosplay blogs, websites, tumblrs, etc! If you are interested in reading more about cosplay this is a great section to check out. We've recently done a link swap with Kiva Cosplay and Kamui Cosplay!

» The Cosplay Tutorial list has been updated in two ways! All the tutorials from the twitter, facebook and tumblr feeds have been added to the tutorial list so it is up to date! Then the featured tutorials were chosen as spotlighted with a new slimmer graphic. The slimmer graphic allows for a shorter load time for those on slower connections, and makes it easier to see that it is a featured tutorial. It also fits the layout better!

» For so long the twitter and facebook pages have been just for posting cosplay tutorial links, the occasional update and answering questions. Helpful, but a little boring! We recently had a poll to see what you want more of and the results helped us create a way to cater to your wants! So from now on you can expect:
- Cosplay FAQ Monday - Answering a frequently asked cosplay question and adding it to our FAQ page
- Tip Tuesday - Posting a cosplay related tip of the day. These can include fitness, health and beauty, sewing, crafting, propmaking or even a conventioning tip! To help with all aspects of the hobby.
- Pattern Suggestion Thursday - Suggesting a pattern that could be used for a specific character's outfit, or a general good cosplay pattern.
- Cosplay Site Friday - Interesting or useful cosplay related websites, forum posts, blogs, tumblrs etc!
- Video Saturday - Every Saturday we'll post a fun cosplay video, such as good masquerade entries, funny skit or photo slide shows.
